Find the kind of support that works for you.

How I can help

Three ways to work together

However you choose to meet, the sessions themselves work the same way - 50 minutes (45 for under-16s), at your pace, with no rigid agenda.

Face to Face

My counselling room in Old Town, Swindon (SN1) - a calm, private space with fidget toys, pens, paper, and a radio if silence feels like too much.

£50 per session · concessions available
Online Sessions

Flexible scheduling via video call. Ideal if getting to a room is difficult, or you simply prefer the comfort of your own space - same quality of support, wherever you are.

£50 flexible availability - contact to discuss
Telephone

Not everyone finds it easier to talk face to face, even on screen - and that's completely fine. Phone sessions are just as valid a way to do the work.

Step inside

A calm, private space to talk.

This is my counselling room in Old Town, Swindon. There are always fidget toys, pens and paper close to hand for anyone who finds it easier to work creatively, and a radio if silence ever feels like too much. It's soft-lit and comfy, and wearing shoes is entirely optional \u{1F642}

How it works

Four simple steps

01
Get in touch

Send a message or text whenever you're ready. You can ask questions, book a session straight away, or just say hello.

02
A no-pressure chat

If you'd rather talk things through first, we can have a quick call before booking. Plenty of people go straight to step three.

Optional
03
Your first session

50 minutes (45 for under-16s), booked directly if you skipped the chat. You set the pace, the topics, and the format.

04
Ongoing support

Weekly or fortnightly, for as long as feels right for you. No rigid end point.

Neurodivergent-friendly

Barriers to therapy
are real. Let's remove them.

I've completed additional training around ADHD and Autism, and personal experience deepens my understanding every day. I want therapy to be accessible - not a source of more stress.
